Mt. Pleasant Christian School
Our church has a school located at 1613 Mt. Pleasant Road in Chesapeake. Its goal is to create an environment that will nurture the students' spiritual, academic, and social growth. This includes daily worship experiences and instruction in Bible.
The curriculum uses standard textbooks taught in the light of Biblical truth. The teachers are academically qualified and, even more importantly, dedicated to Christian service.
Lezha Church & Academic Center
We consider it a privilege to support and serve the church and Lezha Academic center in Lezha, Albania.Great Bridge Food Closet
We collect canned food donations though out the year to support Great Bridge Presbyterian Church's Food Closet. A team of volunteers delivers the food to local food pantries such as the Prince of Peace Food Pantry, Greenbrier Presbyterian Church Food Pantry, AIDS Hospice, and the House of Joseph.
Short Term Missions
All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Stephen Ministry
Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2, NRSV).Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in congregations that use the Stephen Series system. Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.
